What precautions are the Gaylord Texan taking for COVID-19?
At present, the COVID policy of the Gaylord Texan is guests are encouraged, but not required, to wear face coverings indoors, and guests not fully vaccinated should wear face coverings and practice social distancing. All Gaylord employees are required to wear a face covering while indoors at the facility.
What is the registration fee?
For McLeod Software customers: $995 per person
For Exhibitors: Discount code was provided to exhibitor main contact. Additional registrations are $1,195 per person.
What does the registration fee include?
The User Conference Registration Fee includes participation in General Sessions, Breakout Sessions, Technology & Services Exhibition, all meals, refreshment breaks, prize drawings, and up to one hour of one-on-one Personalized Training with a McLeod Software Professional.
Can I bring my spouse/guest to the User Conference?
Customers may include a spouse in their registration. The spouse/guest registration fee is $499.
Note: If your spouse/guest is a company employee they should register separately. Spouse/guest fee includes all meals, sessions, and exhibition. Spouse/guests are not eligible for prize drawings or one-on-one training.
What if my spouse/guest only plans to attend the evening events?
The spouse/guest fee is the same.
How can I pay for my conference registration?
You can pay for your registration by credit card or have registration billed to the company. The choice is offered at the end of your online registration.
Will I receive a receipt for my registration?
Yes. Your email confirmation serves as your receipt. If you need a receipt in another format, please send an email request to Nicole.Lockhart@McLeodSoftware.com.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made by August 1, 2021 will be fully refunded. All cancelations on or after August 1, 2021 will not be refunded.
Can I modify my registration after I have registered?
Yes. Your registration email confirmation from Cvent contains a link and the confirmation number needed. Click on the link, choose “Modify my registration,” and enter the confirmation number to modify your registration.
I can no longer attend, may I substitute someone in my place?
Yes. Please modify or cancel your registration using the link provided within your registration confirmation email.
How do I sign-up for the free on-site, one-hour training on McLeod Products?
When you register, select the option for one hour of One-on-One training. An email will be sent to you with a link to a questionnaire to help us better identify the area of the software in which you need training. For more information about one-on-one training, click here.
What is McLeod University?
McLeod University is small optional training classes held after the User Conference on Wednesday, September 15th from 8:00 am – 3:00 pm The additional cost is $495/person. Seating is limited. Breakfast and lunch are included. For more information on the classes, click here.
What should I wear?
Business casual is the norm throughout the conference including all evening events.
What is the weather like in mid-September in Grapevine, Texas?
Highs are in the upper 80’s. Lows are in the low 70’s.
How do I get the conference mobile app?
The UC2021 mobile app is provided by CrowdCompass. A download announcement with instructions will be sent to all attendee email addresses a few weeks prior to the conference.
